We take our roles as Primary Caregivers very seriously and our staff go above and beyond to make sure each and every child is cared for as if they were their own. We strive to provide a warm, safe, fun and engaging environment for each of our students. The primary caregiver’s responsibilities include fostering a relationship with the child and his or her family, observing, documenting, and anticipating and planning for each child’s development process and learning. As well as supporting the child through transitions and carrying out the majority of the child’s personal care routines. Being consistent, responsive, and having meaningful interactions with a primary caregiver builds a child’s attachment with a familiar adult. A Primary caregiver also strengthens relationships with families, which, in turn, supports the development of trust and security between the infant or toddler, family and primary caregiver.
